#ICJ investigated Israel in genocide claiming Israel leaders calls against Gaza indicate genocidal intention. Is it really true?
7 October 2023 genocidal act from Gaza was unprovoked from Israel. Israel has no intention to enter Gaza and there were no statements calling to destroy Gaza from Israeli leaders.
What can be an intention of the statements of several Israeli politicians that ICJ absurdly presents as a genocidal intention? This can potentially be:
1. Intention to retaliate in order to eliminate present danger from Gaza and future genocidal attacks from Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, other enemies of Israel.
2. Intention to prevent Israeli population from future genocidal attacks of Iranian proxies and others.
3. Void political declarations for the "internal use" as it is expected in any country to desire elimination of enemy that want to eliminate you. Without any genocidal intend.
4. Misrepresentation of quotes and statements of Israeli leaders by enemies in the court to support Hamas genocide by lawfare and mass media war.
Why statements against Gaza by Israeli politicians do not represent any genocidal intend:
1. These were said after genocide of October 7th, not before.
2. Israeli leaders clarified the statements and indicated misrepresentation and misinterpretation.
3. Israel has full capacity to destroy Gaza completely with the population, but Israel consistently protects enemy population on the cost of lives of it's own soldiers.
4. Israel delivers water, food, electricity and do not prevent Gazans to leave terrorist enclave, for example via Egypt or by sea. Asking Egypt to let Gazan in.
If ICJ logic works the way to call war a genocide, or see genocide in a calls to destroy enemies that long time acting to destroy to you, then this is possible to think of the following
1. Does #ICJ abuse human rights, term "genocide", right of any country to protect itself from the genocide?
2. Are some or all #ICJ judges "idiots" or idiotism is a part of their professional culture?
3. Is #ICJ a part of global fascists movement against Israel and Jews, attacking Israel by lawfare and psychological terror?
What could be other possibilities, how else #ICJ can be seen?
